The sole purpose of this journal is for me to freely explore my spirituality and discuss various pagan paths and practices. I consider myself a closet witch and a seeker - I have no religious affiliation as of right now. I also do not worship any specific deity or pantheon at the moment.

As far as beliefs go, I believe that the Divine is ineffable and unfathomable in its true and awesome form. I believe that the formation of gods are a method of trying to understand this presence. However, I've never had a conversation with a god, so my bias is understandable.

Anonymity is kind of a big deal for me - hence the pictures of my (surrogate) cats. I'm comfortably nestled in the closet, and I see no reason to come out anytime soon, especially while my beliefs are still half-formed and uncertain. The only person who has seen this side of me is my husband, though it's something I don't discuss with him.

Scouring the world's wealth of information in search of my Path is just one of my many hobbies. However, I'm not apt to write about those hobbies here, unless they happen to be in relation to my spirituality and practices.

If my entries seem poorly worded or incoherent, it is because I'm just now learning to let myself express these concepts freely in my writing. Hopefully this will be remedied through frequent writings.
